Good cooperation then begins with good specifications, as the specifications form the basis for the later cooperation agreement. As an entrepreneur, you want to contract with the government. You do this by submitting better bids than your competition so that your proposal will be chosen. In this short lecture, we will provide some “quick wins” that you as a procurer and entrepreneur can immediately apply in practice.
