Function:
Workshop occupancy and invoicing
First point of contact for customers (telephone, reception, warehouse, workshop)
Work planning in Navision and coordination with workshop manager
Drawing up work orders
Inform customers about the status of their car
Complete work sheets in Navision, check hours worked, parts and fluids
Homologation and inspection of cars
Organize breakdown service and feedback in SAP
Complaints handling and passing on to the right party
Close cooperation with warehouse manager and workshop manager
Report to branch manager
Profile:
Basic knowledge of car mechanics and parts (preferred)
Mother tongue Dutch, fluent verbal expression skills in French and English
Good knowledge of Office package and Navision
Organizational talent and stress resistance
